Delibears - Pins & Plushies ฅ՞•ﻌ•՞ฅ

Hey everyone!

First of all, we're really sorry for the delay in sending out the surveys.

We were hoping to have all the missing plush samples (Constellation Bear, Clown Bear, and 90's Bear) ready in time to show you photos before you had to choose your designs. Our manufacturer had promised them ages ago —but unfortunately, they've kept pushing the timeline back, 15 days at a time… and we're still empty-handed.

That said, we can't wait forever. We'll be wrapping up the final bits on our end and sending out the surveys soon, even if the missing photos don't arrive in time. It’s not ideal, but we’ll make it work!

On top of that, it’s been a wild time behind the scenes —we’ve been juggling multiple projects at once, and while we really thought we could manage it all, we clearly overestimated our bandwidth. We joined Pintopia way back in July last year and were so excited to be part of it, but we couldn't know all the unexpected roadblocks life had in store.

This kind of overstimated miscalculation is something we’re working on (yes, in therapy!) and trying to improve going forward.

As many of you already know, it’s just the two of us managing everything —no extra staff, no outside help even from friends and family —so when real life throws curveballs (even the worst ones), things tend to get delayed more than we’d like.

One of the most time-consuming parts of survey prep is actually making everything as clear and easy as possible for you backers: uploading every product SKUs one by one, and creating custom graphics to visually match each item with its name. Not everyone does that, but we feel it's important so you know exactly what you're picking.

That said, we’re aiming to get the surveys out within a week from now! That’s our personal goal —fingers crossed we can make it happen 🤞

Poppin' in quickly with the campaign that has officially wrapped up! Thank you again for your love and support to those who decided to stay til the end ʕ˵ ಢ ⩊ ಢ˵ʔᯓ❀°。

Now, will follow a series of information that we usually share at the end of our campaigns:

✦ꜱᴜʀᴠᴇʏꜱ
As we move forward, we'd like you to know (or remind, for those who are not new to our campaigns) the next steps in the process. We've working hard on getting everything ready for the next phase to begun preparing the surveys. But, even when they'll be ready, as always, we gotta hang tight for at least the first 14 days while Backerkit works its magic processing the payments charging your cards -before sending them out.


We'll most likely need some extra time to manually input each individual design/item and its related image/weight - this might take a while. But no worries—we'll give you a heads-up as soon as the surveys are good to go (starting with the Smoke Test)!

A reminder that shipping fees we'll be collected through the survey. You'll also be able to add any extra item that you weren't able to get while the campaign was live.

✦ᴇʀʀᴏʀᴇᴅ ʙᴀᴄᴋᴇʀꜱ
Oh, and for those of you whose payments didn't quite go through, and may be at risk of being dropped from the campaign, you got a whole week to update your payment info starting from the end-day of the campaign.
You’ll receive a reminder to update your payment details. Backerkit will try to charge you again for a few times. 

After the first week from the end of the campaign, you'll be able to reclaim your pledge the same through your survey -so please really don't worry.

We'll send you a direct e-mail for it later on -after the surveys are all set. So please check your mail box!
We want to make sure everyone who participated in the campaign gets a chance to snag their items!

>Just a quick note though: if the payment isn’t fixed before surveys are officially closed, your pledge will be dropped the same, and you won't receive your rewards in the end.

Also, we're working on building the dedicated Pre-order Store as well and we'll soon open it soon for all those who missed the campaign! [not for backers]

✦ᴘʀᴏᴅᴜᴄᴛɪᴏɴ ꜱᴛᴀʀᴛꜱ
For the production and fulfillment to be started, funds are needed to be transfered over to us and this process can take up to 20+ business days. After we'll have the funds in hands and everyone (or the vast majority) will have answered the surveys, we'll able to actually start the production of the rewards with our manufacturers.


✦ᴄᴏɴꜱᴛᴇʟʟᴀᴛɪᴏɴ ʙᴇᴀʀ ꜱᴀᴍᴘʟᴇ
Our manufacturer has just returned from the Chinese New Year holiday a few days ago, and they’re busy catching up on their backlog. We’re currently fine-tuning some details for Constellation with them. Fingers crossed they’ll be able to create the sample soon, and we’ll have the chance to show it to you before/during the surveys!



✦ʙᴇᴀʀꜱ ɴᴏᴛ ᴜɴʟᴏᴄᴋᴇᴅ ᴅᴜʀɪɴɢ ᴄᴀᴍᴘᴀɪɢɴ
Clown bear and 90's bear were not unlocked during the campaign. So we'll set them as post-campaign stretch goals inside surveys for them to be unlocked even if the campaign is ended! - ̗̀  ʕ ˵◕ ヮ ◕˵ ʔ ̖́-

Once again, we truly appreciate all the support of those who remained with us till the end of this campaign. We're happy that you loved our Delibears enough! We can't wait to see them come to life and bring happines~ to your days♡

Today, we finally received the sample of Cookie in our hands!! We can’t contain our excitement —it’s even more beautiful in person! - ̗̀  ʕ ˵◕ ヮ ◕˵ ʔ ̖́-   We took some quick photos and shot a video in the sun light to share it with you right away! 

The fur is incredibly soft and silky, it feels like touching cotton candy... and we can’t stop hugging it! The embroidery details for the chocolate chips are so precious 🍪₊ ⊹   We’re sure you’re going to love it just as much as we do when you'll have it in your hands too —as it is for our other fluffier bears... cause they're all too soft!
